SHIPPING METHOD

We ship internationally from South Korea using courier services, including EMS and SAGAWA.

During peak sales periods, promotions, or public holidays, delivery times may be extended.

United States

Orders under USD $800: Duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders over USD $800: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.

All Other Countries

Import duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary by country, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at cs@kijun.co within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Currently, we are unable to handle exchanges as our logistics center is based in Korea.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
